DUTIES & TAXES

The prices we offer do not include any duties and taxes. The recipient shall pay all the incurred expenses including brokerage fees.

The tracking number will be sent to you through an automated e-mail right after a label has been created.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for orders to be processed before they ship depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time.

RESTRICTED ADDRESSES & LOCATIONS 

Expedited delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, P.M. Box, and distribution center addresses.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE 

Tracking information will be sent out via email once the order has shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.  

 

We provide the option for the signature to be required at the time of delivery. You may indicate this option when selecting the shipping method. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that need to be picked up or incur any additional fees from FedEx. 

 

If your package is returned to The Goran Salon due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, it may be reshipped to you at an additional cost, or else a return shipment fee and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10) will be applied. No refunds will be issued on refused shipments. 

 

ITEMS CONTAINING VOLATILE LIQUIDS 

Due to their alcohol content, we cannot ship orders of some removal solutions which may be considered hazardous materials by air. This includes shipments destined to certain zip codes in Alaska, P.O. Box, APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and diplomatic pouch mail. 

Return & Exchange

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be complicated and time-consuming. So, instead, we will help you process a return for a refund.

RETURNS

If you purchased a product and change your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it for a refund (or exchange it if purchase in-store) within 30 days.

  • Refunds are only given for products* that are still in unopened and unused condition. Products must not be opened, worn, or tampered with due to hygienic reasons and the safety of our customers.   

 

  • Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received by Goran Coban Salon

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Goran Coban Salon. 

  • Refunds may take 5 business days to process once Goran Coban Salon, has received the returned product. 

  • Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification. 

 

 

How do I initiate a return?

 

To start a return, please contact Goran Coban Salon. This is required in order to process a refund.  Attach a copy of your original invoice along with the returning products.
