CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please review our policy below:
 

• Cancellation & Rescheduling:
  We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
   

• Late Cancellations & Rescheduling:
  Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 service fee. Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, will be 50% of the scheduled service price.
   

• No-Shows:
  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 50% service fee will be charged. Repeated issue may result in scheduling restrictions.
